Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be confident in your order. If something is wrong with your item, please contact us at Support@zenaxisapparel.com within 7 days of delivery.
Because many ZenAxis Performance items are produced after order placement, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
Eligible Issues
We will review replacement or refund requests for:
Damaged items
Defective print or production issues
Wrong item received
Incorrect size sent compared to the order
Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Sizing
Please review the size chart before ordering. We cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be considered for a return or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an order error or defective item.
